Advance Course from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Intermediate Course from 4:15 pm to 5:15 pm
Beginners Course from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm

NOTE
  • Course Duration: Each Hatha Yoga course consists of 12 weekly classes (3 months).
  • Fees: RM 150 for the complete 12-week course, payable in full during registration at the Yoga class venue.
  • Registration: Since this is a progressive course, registration will be open for the first 3 weeks only.
  • Attire: Clothings must be stretchable and loose-fitting - track suit, t-shirt (no shoes or socks).
  • Minimum Age: Yoga classes are recommended only for those above 15 years of age.
  • Yoga mats and bags are available for sale during registration.
